Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and role)

We specialize in crawlspace and basement waterproofing, structural repairs, insulation installation, and fungal remediation. Job Requirements:
Must speak and understand English
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be physically able to work in crawlspaces and basements (tight, sometimes damp environments)
Construction or repair experience is a plus
Team players only — we work hard and take pride in what we do
What We Offer:
$20/hour starting pay for entry-level positions
Up to $25/hour for experienced crew leads
Bonus program available after 6 months
