We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. This position will also be responsible for leading a team of less experienced electricians and electrician helpers.
Key Responsibilities include:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
Follow National Electrical Code and local building regulations
Read blueprints or technical diagrams
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
Provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Journeyman (or Master) electrician license required
3+ years of electrical experience in BOTH residential and commercial
Supervisory and Team Lead experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes
Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
Physical ability to perform electrical work (lifting, standing, climbing)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
