WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Lead Glazier, you'll be a vital part of our team, working on a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Installing and repairing various types of glass in windows, doors, and other structures with precision.
Measuring and cutting glass to exact specifications.
Assembling frames and installing necessary hardware.
Collaborating with other tradespeople on construction and remodeling sites.
Ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Assisting with light carpentry, fixture installation, and other remodeling tasks as needed.
Performing heavy lifting and safely transporting glass panels.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also a great fit for our team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Proven proficiency in assembling various glass structures and frames.
Experience as a carpenter, maintenance person, or with drywall installation is a plus!
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety measures.
Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques and remodeling processes is beneficial.
Ability to perform construction painting tasks as needed.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer relations skills and a team-player attitude.
