Sun Residential is a Property Management Company committed to quality service and housing for our residents. Our portfolio consists of approximately 1,100 well-maintained housing units in south and east Louisville. We are locally owned and have been serving Louisville for over 30 years.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Louisville area apartment community.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with rotating on call. Must have own transportation and tools.

Position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience involved in multi-family maintenance including:
Plumbing service work
HVAC / EPA certification a plus
Basic drywall installation, finishing, painting, and repairs
Basic Ceramic tile work
Basic Carpentry
