Needing a flexible part-time to full-time renovator/repair person to do mostly break-fix work on rental home properties and commercial businesses, as well as some upgrade work. General construction knowledge and years of experience with renovation and repair is required. Ability to follow and repeat process is required. It's a fun job where you can develop and build on every almost every construction/installation skill you can think of.
M-F 9-5 (when business is strong then 40hr weeks is typical)
A full-size pickup truck or cargo van that you own is required
Hand tools and power tools you own are required
Smartphone you own with high quality camera is required
Bank account with a major US bank in your name required
1099 after 2 weeks
$20-$30/hr based on experience
$0.645/mi for vehicle usage
Holidays observed
1 week paid vaca after 1 year
2 week paid vaca after 2 year
2 week paid vaca and paid holidays after 3 years
