Vehicle Service Technician
Part time: 15 - 25 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive technology, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers. As a Vehicle Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake systems.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all work performed and parts used.
Keep abreast of advancements in automotive technology and attend training sessions as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical school program in automotive technology is preferred.
Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year in automotive repair.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license.
