What You’ll Do:
-Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in residential, commercial, and land deals
-Market & promote your listings using our platform & local networks
-Generate new business, prospecting, referrals, client nurture
-Manage contracts, negotiations, paperwork, closings
-Plan and execute local outreach (open houses, networking)
-Leverage our systems, but build your own personal brand too
Qualifications / Who You Are:
-Active Kentucky Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (required)
-Preferably 1+ year of real estate transaction experience (though strong new agents are welcome with mentorship)
-Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and growth-oriented
-Excellent communication, integrity, client service skills
-You’re ready to commit to building a sustainable real estate business
