Looking for a security guard person who can live on site. We are trying to make this 32 unit, weekly rental property safer and drug free. You would be responsible to routinely check all doors, monitor security cameras, investigate any "questionable activity" and be an authoritative type person to keep the place safe. You would in turn live there rent free along with free utilities (gas, water, waste, garbage, electric). We will do background check along with drug testing. Call us with any questions.
