NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.Director of TransportationAre you an experienced Fleet Management professional with experience in vehicle procurement and a focus on both excellent customer service and cost-effectiveness? In the Transportation Manager role, you will be responsible for the safe, economical, and dependable transportation of our employees who drive company vehicles for business. You’ll partner with Operations to deliver reliable transportation for our internal customers and for the consumers they serve.
Plan, organize, and direct activities related to the procurement, service, operations, maintenance, and repair of the vehicles; ensure operations comply with state laws. (There is roughly 70-80 vehicles across Kentucky in the fleet program).
Collaborate with department leadership to determine annual vehicle procurement strategy
Partner with fleet management company to improve fleet performance
Collaborate with GPO representative to negotiate rebates from manufacturers
Plan and administer a preventative maintenance program for vehicle fleet
Develop management reports including vehicle procurement, maintenance/repair activities, and cost savings reports
Collaborate with Safety to reduce accidents through the management and reporting of incidents to corporate leadership
Administer fuel card program for the corporation
Will be responsible for managing all of the Kentucky fleet for NeuroRestorative
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Healthcare or similar
5-7 years of experience in Transportation/fleet management
In-depth knowledge of fleet management, vehicle procurement
Proven skills in relationship management, communication, negotiation, and project management
