As an Ingram associate, you will be reliable for your own transportation to and from your hitches.You will be required to obtain a TWIC card BEFORE Orientation https://www.tsa.gov/twicAssisting deck crew in tow building (laying wires, tighten ratchets, sweep and shovel barges)Daily vessel housekeeping (sweeping, mopping and cleaning crew living quarters)Assisting with lockingCarrying rigging (ratchets, wires and straps) pumps, hoses and linesWorking outdoors for extended periods of time in weather conditions such as heat/cold & rain/snowChecking barges for water and leaks – which at times requires climbing into confined spacesUpkeep of vessel appearance includes sooging (washing), chipping and paintingAssisting the Engineer as requestedPracticing safe crew, vessel and tow operation using Ingram safety systemsParticipating in safety drills and auditsPerforming other related duties as assigned or requested
