Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Sellersburg, Kentucky, United States. This role is pivotal in our organization and involves managing financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and performing daily office tasks. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations. Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting activities. Efficiently manage two different company accounts, ensuring proper account switching as needed. Maintain and manage daily post office runs. Perform receptionist duties including answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining office files. Assist with HR-related tasks such as benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding. Participate in the implementation of new software system.
