Technician Requirements: We need a highly skilled Level 3 technician with experience in HVAC, air to air and air to water source, heat transfer, package unit split systems, mini splits, and reach-in coolers. The technician should be proficient in basic electrical operations, troubleshooting, sweating, brazing, press-fit fittings, and diagnostics.
Additionally, the technician should possess the following qualifications:
Highly detailed, organized, and communicative.
Capable of working independently in areas with no cell phone coverage.
Strong working knowledge of their trade.
Able to handle demanding customers.
Willing to travel minimally to moderately, with most travel involving long day trips to nearby cities and occasional overnight stays (approximately 6 nights annually).
Our HVAC Technicians install, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment for industrial and commercial customers, including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, chillers, and packaged units.
Sign-On Bonus: The job is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,500, depending on experience.
