The Leadman performs various tasks associated with the safe and efficient stripping, extraction and aggregate processing on the evening shift. You will oversee rock processing and shipping of aggregates at the site. Your daily work with include assigning work and assuring that employees have the proper ppe, tools and equipment. You will contribute to a positive work environment, helping to build a culture and team through mentoring and engagement.
