Job DetailsDescriptionEducational Requirements of position:

Degree/Experience

4 year degree in a relevant curriculum from an accredited college or university

Or, Technical school equivalent with relevant on the job experience

Technical Requirements of position:

Software

Proficiency Oracle Primavera P6, required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Webex Virtual Meetings

Working knowledge of Microsoft Project

Basic knowledge of Synchro Pro (or similar 4d applications)

General

Proficiency in construction planning and sequencing, critical path method of scheduling.

Proficient knowledge of building components and diverse building construction methods

Proficient knowledge of plan and specification reading

Basic understanding of sub/vendor scopes of work

Essential Function of the position

Leading the development of a detailed project schedule with input from the project team, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Collecting progress, updating and reporting schedule updates and project status

Performing in-depth schedule analysis

Performing impact analysis for potential delays and changes

Developing and maintaining as-built construction schedules

Working closely with the onsite project management teams in setting project schedule goals and analysing progress of those schedule goals

Performing other duties as necessary and assigned

Relationship Management

Establish and maintain relationships with project teams, subcontractors/vendors and Clients (as needed)
