We are a commercial construction company located in Hammond, LA. Our team has been around for over two decades. We offer a good work environment and a fair compensation plan. Currently, we are seeking a part-time Project Assistant within a 30-minute radius of Hammond.
The Project Assistant will work directly with the Project Manager and Project Management team by assisting them with all aspects of executing operational and administrative tasks. Such tasks shall include but not be limited to project set up, estimating & budgets, bidding, submittals, planning, coordinating, subcontractor & vendor selection, purchasing, construction scheduling, applying for and maintaining contractor registrations and licensing, assisting with A/P and A/R situations, and assisting with maintaining company software platforms. This role may also require some periodic traveling and educational training, all which will be at the company’s expense.
