Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
Address inquiries regarding policies, billing, and claims.
Process policy changes, renewals, and other service requests efficiently and accurately.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our management system.
Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a business setting (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems.
Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training!
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business or insurance is a bonus.
