DescriptionAccount ManagerOfficeTeam has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the homebuilding industry. This position is based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing supply companyHow you will make an impact Receiving and placing telephone calls Serving as first point of contact for customers as their account manager. Performs retail sales in the construction/home building environment Maintains successful relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Performs full service transactions in compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Performs functions including handling cash and other daily transactions. Achieves sales and referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers to proper bank staff for additional products, services and sales campaignsRequirementsWhat we're looking for 2 or more years in a sales environment Previous account management experience Commitment to excellent customer service Ability to work half day on Saturdays - once or twice a week. Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers Advanced Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity High level organizational skills.If you are a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs, we want to hear from you.
