Supplemental InformationLOCATION AND POSITION INFORMATION: This position is located inThe Office of Management and Finance at the Capitol Annex in Baton Rouge, LA. No Civil Service test scoreis required in order to be considered for this vacancy.POSITION INFORMATION:The incumbent of this position serves as the primary assistant to the Accountant Administrator 3 in matters related to Accounts Payable, Travel, Petty Cash, Accounts Receivables, and Cash Management. The incumbent manages and/or performs all accounting functions of these areas for the six agencies within the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism (DCRT) and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor (OLG). Means of Financing include a wide diversity of funds including State, Self-Generated, Federal, Inter-Agency Transfers, and Statutory Dedications. Work is reviewed through fiscal controls established by the Office of Management and Finance and is overseen by the Accountant Administrator. All duties are performed in accordance with state laws, rules, and regulations and policies and procedures established by OLG & DCRT. The following experience is preferred:
