Description LOCATED IN LOUISANAMUST HAVE IN-HOUSE AGENCY EXPERIENCE!We are in search of an Art Director/Senior Designer to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The selected individual will be responsible for crafting visual designs, developing marketing communications, and leading creative presentations. This role also involves collaborating with other creatives and team members to ensure coherence in the customer's journey.Responsibilities: Craft visual designs that evoke emotions and actions Lead and establish brand deliverables through concept development Participate in brainstorming sessions to uncover innovative ideas Translate a client's brand personality into visual communications that resonate with viewers Develop marketing communications such as printed collateral, packaging, emails, signage, and wayfinding with a keen attention to detail Collaborate with other creatives and team members to ensure a coherent customer journey Contribute strategically and practically to the execution of work, while educating internal teams on the importance of brand strategy for consistency across all platforms Translate the creative brief into actionable creative concepts that solve our client’s challenges Deliver solutions that meet deadlines promptly Lead creative presentations and effectively communicate creative solutions Collaborate closely with outside agency collaborators and vendors.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Art Direction or Senior Design roles Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign Demonstrable experience as an Art Director is required Proven ability to enhance brand awareness through creative designs Experience in concept art creation is a key requirement Expertise in brand design and ability to align designs with brand guidelines Strong design and graphic design skills are essential Ability to create and implement design concepts effectively Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
