Job DescriptionWe are looking for candidates who have worked on a scrum team to deliver a solution in the past. Any prior experience with a modernization or migration project would be a huge plus. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, Louisiana or must be local.Business Analyst with experience using Agile methods. Services include, but are not limited to: Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business functions, needs and objectives, operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements. Analyze the integration of business functions with technology. Assist with business case development and business process engineering. Build out and support the management and prioritization of the product backlog. Create user stories based on requirements and capture technical requirements as needed. Develop and/or assist with project work plans, timelines, status reports, and other documentation; disseminate information as needed. Test application components for compliance with the provided specifications and user stories.
