Job Title:Director, Sales OperationsJob DescriptionThe Director of Incentives & Commissions (I&C) is responsible for supervising the team that manages and administers global Incentives and Deal Commission processes for CX Ops, Practices, Catalyst, and Marketing Business Development. This position reports to the VP, Global Sales Operations, within the Concentrix Finance organization.This role creates real value for Concentrix as a key Incentives & Commissions team member ensuring that the Sales Executive, Seller, Account Manager, and Business Development Representative incentive and commission payments are issued on time and in accordance with management’s directives. This involves consistent interactions with staff at all levels and in various areas of the business. The expectation is that you will become the recognized subject matter expert (SME) for Concentrix incentives and commissions.

Supervision of I&C team staff members responsible for the administration of incentive plan letters, incentive and commission payouts, and annual plan payments for Sellers, Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Business Development Representatives within the Salesforce environment

Collaboration as the SME with sales management and HR on plan design and responsibility for change implementation working with Legal and the Sales Operations support team.

Review and maintenance of business controls over I&C processes as well as acting as the primary focal point for audit requests related to I&C

Contributing to the further automation of the I&C process via Salesforce enhancements as well as other process and data collection improvements

Working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Business Development ensuring timely and accurate business communications to all impacted parties

Ensuring monthly commission accrual amounts (ASC 606 & non-ASC 606) provided to Finance are calculated in accordance with Sales Operations & Finance policies and procedures

Analysis of I&C results and trends using data available in Salesforce

Using data gathered from multiple touch points (i.e., Sales and Account Management for employee listings and CSAT/SLA data, Finance for annual targets and quarterly revenue billings, Pricing for pricing case opportunity data, Payroll for employee payment processes) to make recommendations on process changes / improvements to the overall incentive and commissions process.

Development of corrective action plans to improve areas of deficient performance.
