Supplemental InformationThe Division of Administration/Office of Facility Planning and Control has a vacancy. This job title has an assigned pay grade of TS-319. The vacancy has the following supplemental qualification: Applicant must possess and maintain certification by the International Code Council as a Certified Building Official (CBO).This vacancy will be filled by new hire or by promotion of a current permanent status classified employee. As a staff specialist, serves as a high level, technical expert for the entire agency in a specific field of architecture or engineering, responsible for developing, managing, and/or evaluating highly technical and specialized components of important architectural/engineering programs or projects.This job is designated a Dual Career Ladder Job as defined in C.S. Rule 1.14.1.1, requiring performance of higher level, more complex duties and possession of advanced, specialized skills.
