We aspire to discover and improve processes using system data and fact-based insights, ultimately realizing value to the business!The manager will build and maintain process mining data models and analyses crafted to support key business initiatives, challenges, and objectives. The manager will engage closely with business customers, lead technical teams through development projects and own ongoing support activities. We are a team that is internally recoverable for its cost.Responsibilities:

Application of process mining analysis techniques in conjunction with other process improvement and data analysis techniques in pursuit of continuous process improvement and realization of bottom-line results.

Build trusted relationships with business customers.

Partner with business customers to identify, track and report business value opportunities and realization via insights derived from process mining.

Train, mentor and coach business customers and users in the application of process mining tools.

Lead discovery workshops to fully understand business partner goals and requirements to scope, plan and build impactful process mining models and analysis.

Provide cost estimates for labor, data storage, etc. for lifecycle of process mining projects.

Understand and set process mining architecture and data flow strategy.

Build process mining data models, knowledge models and studio analysis.

Establish and monitor metrics relative to process mining projects and programs.

For larger projects, create and track against project plans, tasks, milestones, risks and issues.

Own tracking and reporting of all development and ongoing support work in established CPI work tracker.

Communicate the need for change to improve business performance and act as a change agent.

Audit completed process mining development projects to ensure project results are maintained.

Lead technical resources, both internal and external, for development projects and ongoing support activities.

Own relationships of 3rd party suppliers.

Develop cost estimates and facilitate financial chargebacks to ensure full recovery of development and support expenses incurred.

Conduct process mining demos and other awareness sessions for the purpose of marketing and growing process mining.

Requirement for new hire to obtain process mining data engineer and analyst certification within 12 months of hire date. Qualifications

Bachelor level degree is required(Undergraduate degree in a related technical field i.e. computer science, data mining, business analytics, data science); Master’s degree or equivalent experience such as an MBA is preferred

Professional process mining experience building data models and analyses required

Experience with one or more of the following programming languages is preferred: Python, Jupyter Notebook or SQL

Experience with one or more of the following process mining technologies is required: Celonis, UiPath, Signavio or other equivalent programs

Experience building system data models is required

Process mining data engineer and analyst certification is preferred

Lean and/or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified by a nationally recognized board is preferred

Consistent track record of structured problem-solving experience based on data analysis

Ability to learn and apply statistical analysis to complex business problems

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at various stages concurrently

Record of delivery against targets

Strong stakeholder management skills

Experience guiding teams in the use of new technologies

Ability to ensure compliance to standards

ITIL and/or PMP certification is a plus

Experienced communicator with an ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive

Demonstrable ability to influence and present potential improvements in a convincing fashion to a mixed audience, from peers to executives

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
