Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud - Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant
Job Requirements:
The Oracle ORC lead has a thorough understanding of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (new module) and understands how it relates to the HCM Core. The ORC lead understands the recruiting and talent acquisition process and is able to articulate business process flows as they relate to the recruiting process such as attracting talent, career site suggestions, filtering our candidates - internal and external, making offers, interviewing, scheduling, and background checking candidates. The Oracle ORC lead has familiarity in the areas of onboarding and offboarding checklists and understands the high level capabilities offered in Oracle HCM Cloud.

The ORC Lead is able to document processes and make suggestions along with the transformation team to be able to transform and automate business processes as they relate to talent acquisition.

Demonstrates a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Cloud application modules (such as HCM Core or recruiting) including:
• Designs and supports business processes in the Oracle Cloud environment
• Designs and tests Oracle Recruiting solutions
• Builds a relationship with client
• Provides functional specialization to help troubleshoot production issues and testing enhancements within Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Provides timely resolution and communication of tickets in the production support queue during Hypercare
• Determining the root cause of incidents and making recommendations for prevention in the future
• Communicates with the client and project manager in an organized and knowledgeable manner
• Delivers requests for information
• Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
