As a Quality Control Inspecter/Lab Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, audits, and tests to identify any deviations or non-conformities. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control will contribute to the overall success of our operations.You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and you'll work out of our Baton Rouge, LA location.In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products and processes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities and work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve them. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
