This is an hourly position with 24 hours per week.Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for residents based on their overall nutritional status.Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomesComply with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies, and CMS regulationsCollaborate with IDT team to provide quality nutrition and culinary programReview menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistenciesSupports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen
