REQUIRED SKILLS:
Job Description
Required Skills

  • 4-5 Years min, hands on EC and Recruitment
  • 2/3 implementations, allowing them to understand design/integration aspects.
  • Support experience is a "nice-to-have"
  • Certified in EC
  • Worked with Global Benefits, Position Management and the integration of EC with RCM
  • Knowledge of Time Off is a "nice-to-have"
  • Be able to design, from a functional perspective, FOs, Custom Objects, Custom Portlets
  • Expertise in writing Business Rules, creating Workflows
  • Worked on integration of EC with other SF modules
  • RCM (Recruiting) is a primary skill and key for this client
  • Recruiting key skills include:
o Recruiting Cert would be a plus, but experience is required
o Custom templates
o Route maps
o Integration - Built-in and with 3rd parties
