Sr Production plannerAs a Sr Production Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in meeting production deadlines and maintaining Product inventory. With your expertise in Cylinder management and production operations, you will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact the organization's productivity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Baton Rouge, LA location on site work schedule.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze planning schedule and coordinate day to day production. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication between maintenance, engineering, and production departments. Coordinate and oversee a finite production schedule. Assist in solutions for production issues / bottlenecks. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication between planning, logistic, and production departments. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to production demand and operational issues. Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the production team. Coordinate and oversee a finite production schedule.
