SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) AND Recruiting Resource Duration: 6-12 Months Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (REMOTE Until COVID) / willing to relocate post COVID Number of positions: 1 Possibility of Contract 2 Hire role Requirements:
4-5 Years min, hands on EC and Recruitment
2/3 implementations, allowing them to understand design/integration aspects.
Support experience is a "nice-to-have"
Certified in Employee Central (EC)
Worked with Global Benefits, Position Management and the integration of EC with RCM
Knowledge of Time Off is a "nice-to-have"
Be able to design, from a functional perspective, FOs, Custom Objects, Custom Portlets
Expertise in writing Business Rules, creating Workflows
Worked on integration of EC with other SF modules
RCM (Recruiting) is a primary skill and key for this client
Recruiting key skills include:
Recruiting Cert would be a plus, but experience is required
Custom templates
Route maps
Integration - Built-in and with 3rd parties
Experience with Interview Scheduling/Interview Central is a "good-to-have"
