Microtel Inn & Suites is hiring a new front desk agent for rotating shifts. Prior hotel experience is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person.
Candidate must have basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Must be punctual and dependable.
Duties include but are not limited to: Checking guests in/out, answering a multi-line phone system and making reservations. Certain other required duties are unique to each shift.

If you are not able or available to work a rotating schedule of mostly evenings (3:00-11:00 pm) and night audit (11:00 pm - 7:00 am) with an occasional day shift thrown in, then please do not apply. We're looking for someone with open availability to work four to six days a week.
