Responsibilities:
Ensure all personnel, equipment, and supplies are prepared for business needs
Assign team member duties, encourage teamwork, and conduct training
Review time cards, adjust schedules, and enforce portion control
Maintain security, control waste, and handle administrative procedures
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills in English
Ability to interact courteously with guests and team members
Basic mathematical skills and reasoning ability
Remain calm under pressure and complete IHOP training coursework
Physical Demands:
Ability to handle objects, walk, kneel, talk, lift up to 10 pounds
Occasionally move up to 45 pounds
