KVD Management is looking for a Project Coordinator for our Construction Company. We are a locally owned and operated full Service Residential & Commercial Construction company. Do you have at least 5 yrs experience, great common sense, and integrity? Then we may be looking for you! Please be a team player and willing to go above and beyond for our customers. Our customers are the lifeline of our company and we give 100% to WOW each & every one of them. We will expect a high level of commitment from our new Project Coordinator. Be able to manage multiple jobs at one time; provide scheduling, purchasing, inspecting and close out for all projects. Must be computer and smartphone literate and willing to learn new systems. Please be detail orientated and self-motivated.
Qualification requirements for consideration includes
1. You will be required to have a resume attached with requirement below and a cover letter why we should consider you for this position. Please reply with the resume, cover letter, contact information and references
2. You will be required to have reliable transportation to attend appointments and pick up materials.
3. You will be required to know residential construction and know how to do estimating and bidding
4. You will be required to own a truck
5. You will be required to create scope of work, create work orders, order materials, create change orders for clients, and pick up materials
6. You will be required to do final inspection on the scope of work to make sure all items are complete equal or exceed the construction standard
7. You will be required to handle disgruntle customer and create raving fans for the company
8. Must have the patience enough to help people
9. Must have great customer service skills and WOW every customer with our services.
10. Must be able to pass a Background Check
