Valid Driver License, transportation, Vehicle Insurance ,Cell phone,Tools
Ability to use Our card reader for payments from customers
Complete task in a safely timely manner for more jobs daily
Schedule Monday-Friday (Weekends Optional EXTRA $)
Duties
Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that need attention.
Respond promptly to service requests and perform repairs in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.
Collaborate with other team members on larger projects as needed.
Document completed work and communicate any additional needs or concerns to management.
Skills
Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and general construction practices.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance work.
Experience with an Ohmmeter is a plus for diagnosing electrical issues.
