We are seeking an experienced full-time or part-time Lawn Care Associate to join our winning team, focusing on high-quality lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in lawn care or landscaping, as well as the ability to operate lawn equipment. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, leaf removal, and maintaining flower beds, as well as working effectively with other team members. Must have the ability to work in various weather conditions and the physical stamina for strenuous outdoor labor while possessing a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $12.00 to $16.00 per hour; based on experience, A Performance Bonus Program is available to high-performing individuals.
