Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Insulation Technician / Metal Man to join our team. This role involves installing various insulation materials and metal components across diverse construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades, fabrication, and working with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
Correctly install metal on all piping, ells, tanks, tees, valves, and flanges.
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and measuring tapes, as well as power tools including drills and saws.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency.
Have your OWN hand tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a fast paced environment.
High school diploma or trade school completion.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights when necessary, putting safety first above all.
Prior experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Understanding safety instructions and signage.
Communicating effectively in emergency situations.
Organized and dependable. Solid time management skills.
Coordinating with team members and supervisors.
Must have a clear background & clean drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time (4) ten hour work days; 40 hours per week
