We are a 120 unit apartment complex
We are currently looking for a lead Maintenance Technician to our team to help service the needs of our residents and to help prepare apartments for new resident move-ins. The person we are looking for preferably should be a highly skilled should have a background in property maintenance.
Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances is a plus.
Tools and reliable transportation
Possibility for grounds maintenance duties.
Complete all service tickets in a timely fashion. Must be dedicated and diligent.
Employee will be able to obtain bonuses by reaching certain goals.
We are also looking for to turn a large number of apartments. If you are a honest and reliable contractor that has experience turning units, please don't hesitate to call us as well!
