We are a small completions crew in high end residential expanding our team and are looking to fill multiple positions, including a Trim Carpenter's Apprentice and an experienced Carpenter. ### Trim Carpenter's Apprentice
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trim Carpenter's Apprentice who is eager to learn the trade hands-on from skilled professionals. This role is perfect for someone who is new to carpentry and wants to develop a long-term career in a highly sought-after niche area of completions carpentry. (See skilled carpenter details below)
Apprentice
We are looking for a detail-orientated Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is new to the carpentry trade and is eager to learn from an experienced professional. This is a very niche area of carpentry,applicants should have an eye for detail and enjoy creative projects with a high level of difficulty. As an apprentice, you will receive one-on-one training in a highly specialized area of carpentry, preparing you for a successful long-term career.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and finishing of trim, moldings, and other carpentry elements.
- Follow detailed instructions and project specifications precisely to ensure high-quality work.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Actively seek feedback and embrace corrections to refine skills.
Qualifications:
- No prior carpentry experience required, but a strong desire to learn and pursue a long-term career in trades is essential.
- Impeccable attention to detail, neatness, and a passion for craftsmanship.

- Reliable transportation is a must.
Pay is 15an hour with opportunity for higher compensation after first 60 days.
### Skilled Carpenter
Overview:
We are also looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team, focusing mostly on trim work in high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering top-quality craftsmanship and a strong commitment to following instructions precisely. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently on some projects and with a team on others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality installation and finishing of trim, moldings, and other carpentry tasks.

- Listen to and execute instructions with precision to meet our clients' expectations for excellence.(if it don’t make dollars it don’t make sense. We aren’t paying for you to do it multiple times.LISTEN&FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS)
- Utilize your own tools and vehicle to manage transportation to job sites. Additional compensation for mileage may be available for truck owners on certain jobs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, particularly regarding any side jobs or schedule flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a focus on trim work.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and execute projects to the highest standards.
- Must have reliable transportation and your own tools; possession of a truck is a plus.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to collaborate, with opportunities for solo jobs on the side, pending communication.
### Compensation:
- Pay starts at $18 per hour for the first 60 days, with opportunities for raises based on performance following the initial period.
- Weekly schedules may vary, but we are consistently busy and will accommodate candidates who have or take flexible side jobs as long as this is discussed in advance.
