Looking for an aggressive, but professional personality to manage a 70 unit
complex in Baton Rouge, LA Prefer a person with USDA, RD experience.
Office skills a must. Both written and verbal communication a must;
manager will be responsible for filling vacant units; educate current
tenants on payment of rent,rules & regulations; lease terms. Issuing Lease
Violations/Terminations and filing evictions, supervising the making ready
of units to rent. The job duties vary from day to day.
Credit & criminal check run on all applicants for position. Hours, Monday thru Friday
