Swap Boutique is a contemporary designer consignor shop. We are looking for a experienced Sales Associate for our Baton Rouge location, 24-32 hours per week. Our ideal candidate should have a love for fashion and have strong work ethic.
Swap is a haven for women who love fashion. Our days are filled with incoming designer handbags, apparel, and accessories. Great job for moms and students because of our flexible scheduling!
Duties include: selecting and pricing inventory, customer care and engagement, meeting sales goals, merchandising the store, and creating our window displays. and maintaining inventory. Shop hours: 10 am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday.
-2 years of solid work experience
-Ability to select, price, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
-Outgoing and engaging personality
-Ability to multi task by servicing customers and entering new inventory
simultaneously
-Excellent customer service skills, leadership, and problem solving skills
-Ability to make decisions independently regarding acceptance and pricing of
items.
-Positive attitude, dependable, driven
