Seeking an Outside Commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Sales Rep for the Baton Rouge area.
Potential customers are: local hospitals, commercial buildings, state building and property management companies
Will call on maintenance decision makers from maintenance directors to property managers
Job Duties consists of:
- Cold calls, developing leads, gaining appointments with decision makers, and selling HVAC preventive maintenance contracts and service.
- Gaining contracts with new customers as well as gaining non-contractual customers that will utilize the company for time and material related HVAC service and HVAC Replacement.
Pay is based on a base salary plus commission
Straight Days, M-F
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, OT as required
