Citiscape at Essen in Baton Rouge seeks a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team!
Duties:
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents
Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential residents
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize rental revenue
Assist with lease applications, screenings, and lease signings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of property features, amenities, and availability
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
Handle resident concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities
Adhere to fair housing laws and regulations
Requirements:
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective residents
