I have paid for a Shack TV account but the Shack TV and IPTV will not work. I have paid for the service to work on 3 devices. I need it to work on two but the customer service emails have not provided any help at all. I will pay $150 to anyone who can sift through the emails and get the service installed on both firesticks and working the way it appears to work on YouTube. The IPTV works but it doesn't work on the Shack TV app the way it is suppose to work. This means the channels are not categorized appropriately and the information on the channels do not display on guide. $200 if the person can get it done in a day! The app is downloaded on the one firestick but the customer service for Shack TV keeps sending the same tutorial over and over again. Youtube tutorials have yet to satisfy my inquires. Be prepared! I have a paid account but the service for Shack TV sucks! I do not pay by the hour!
