We have investment properties that need handymen. We have many projects that involve:
Painting, Carpentry, Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing, Concrete, Demo, Cleaning…
Great for someone handy that also requires work flexibility. Needed a minimum of 3 full days a week. Enough work to last a year or more.
We prefer someone that will be hands on with all work, not a contractor. We pay for all materials.
