It is required the individual has practiced delivery of strong customer service, foundational knowledge of cloud services, and finance experience is desired.The Cloud FinOps Support Analyst will work with a team offering FinOps and managed services to end users of the Cloud Service Provider Subscriber Service (CSPSS) and Cloud Management Tool (CMT) service. CSPSS provides operational support of the resell of cloud services from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google, Oracle, and IBM. The CMT services provides FinOps tool delivery services in support of cloud optimization.The responsibilities of the candidate will include, but are not limited to:

Support monthly billing process for invoicing the customers of the services.

Participate in the operation and improvement of the billing solution as it pertains to critical business and technical objectives.

Assist customers with billing inquiries.

Coordinate activities and processes with partner teams finance and supply chain management.

Produce reports showing cloud expenditures.

Maintain customer database records.

Create purchase requests and monitor purchase order status.

Routinely report on activities within the areas of billing and procurement.

Required Skills:

Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 0+ years of experience

Knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint

Working knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.

Professional with strong communication skills who works well within a team.

Able to lead conversations with distributed teams including technical, finance, executive, business partners, and customers.

Must possess analytical skills to solve simple to complex problems.

Motivated professional who understands the importance of time management.

Desired Skills

1+ years of technical IT experience

Demonstrated success with providing customer support.

Foundational understanding of cloud services

Demonstrated business acumen, with a basic understanding of financial management and accounting practices.
