Responsible of review of written-off loans. Locate and contact debtors in an attempt to recover all or part of the amount owed. This recovery is to be handled through either, payment in full, compromise of settlement, set up monthly payment plan, and if deemed necessary through possible litigation. Produce correspondence reports and other material. Utilize capabilities of equipment to spell check, edit or otherwise organize data in presentation form.Qualifications:Knowledge of collection procedures and related laws and regulations; Understanding of Company policies. Familiar with default and enforcement clauses. Basic understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Understanding of Small Claims Court system.Previous collection experience preferred.
