Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited university (upcoming graduates welcome to apply!)
EIT or FE certification preferred, but not required
Internship experience preferred, but not required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design conceptual routes, layouts, preliminary and detailed designs and specifications for high voltage transmission lines and/or distribution lines
Plan and profile sheets, staking sheets, bills of materials (BOM), and stringing charts
Design criteria
Pole loading drawings, framing drawings, and construction drawings
Structure loading calculations
Review and provide Quality Assurance (QA) for project engineering deliverables developed internally or by third parties.
Attend project site visits/walk downs.
Interface regularly with clients at their offices or in the field.
Support client’s project engineers as directed.
