Responsibilities include the following:Proper bird placements Implementing and controlling field compliance with grow out, disease prevention, and quality programs.Coordinating with and informing technical, personnel, administrative, service, and other managers of any information that could affect their decisions or influence bird performance.  Maintain good inter-company, community and employer/employee relations.    Assist in the development and submission of proposals, budgets, and projections
