Reviews correspondence, receives telephone calls, maintain files, printing and duplicating documents, and preparation of payroll and personnel records. Incumbent is responsible for assuring high quality construction work in accordance with plans, specifications and contract provisions. Incumbent may be required to perform duties in extreme conditions (rain, heat or cold, day or night), to use a state vehicle for Parish-wide travel and to lift items up to 45 lbs.
