Looking for a focused and organized professional to work with people with developmental disabilities. Handles all staff supervision, such as training, assignments, scheduling, call off management, performance reviews, conflict resolution, attendance, etc. Rotating on-call with possibility of working shifts outside office hours. Reviews documentation and data collection, and submits paperwork accordingly. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Applicant must have Bachelor's Degree (Social Sciences, preferred) or 6 years relevant experience. Salary plus vacation/holiday/sick time benefits.
