Position Description
CGI has an immediate need for Business Analyst to join our financial services team in one of our selected CGI locations. Due to the current COVID-19 status, candidates will not be required to work within the physical work location at this time. When COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, they will be required to be located within the proximity of the assigned CGI location.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Create and maintain flow charts, system context diagrams, network diagrams, data flow diagrams, swim-lanes, etc
• Create dashboards, PPTs, excel charts, pivot tables for weekly status reports and executive reporting
• Create and maintain team confluence and SharePoint pages, manage page hierarchy, layout and access.
• Create and maintain system interface documents, application data mapping, application
• Effectively facilitate all scrum ceremonies across one or more scrum teams
• Collaborate with other agile team-of-teams Scrum Masters to ensure cross-functional iteration dependencies are satisfied
• Facilitates internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management)
• Tracks and resolves impediments for the team
• Create and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
• Be independently motivated to take end-to-end ownership of your projects
• Ensure project JIRA board EPIC - Feature - Story mapping, user story and acceptance criteria clarity
• Generate various metrics in JIRA to track releases and team productivity
• Assist with quality assurance / testing of products and solutions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 3 - 6 years professional experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master or Project Manager
• 3 - 6 years of experience with Agile tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent skills in creating / extracting PPTs, Diagrams, Dashboards utilizing MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Visio, Confluence, JIRA
• Hands on experience in managing and maintaining JIRA Boards and extracting metrics
• Skilled in creating various types of documentation - Requirement, Vision , etc.
• Good understanding of AWS technologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technicians
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and willingness to assume roles as needed
• Servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, enabling team-level empowerment and increasing transparency across the program
• Good technical background and skilled at managing SDLC releases for software upgrades, functional enhancements and cloud migration
• Keen leadership and project management skills, ability to drive projects from inception to completion

Desired Skillset
AWS certification, Scrum Master Certification

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
